Hi,

Since the scrolling pages don't load pages with different aliases/menu items names - does that affect SEO?

Will Google still index those pages?

Thanks

I'm not an expert about SEO, but from things that I know, even single pages, if they contain correct data (text, alt tags etc) will work great with SEO. Also a lot of big companies uses one page layouts (with paralax for example) and their sites are top in google.
In creativity all content of homepage is loaded at start, there is no ajax used there, so for google see all page in one file.

Thanks for your reply.

I am a bit confused though...

Since the template is using modules instead of pages - how can I give a title and metadata to each module? It's like the page doesn't exist really. It's just the home page that exists.

Also, Google will pick up urls that looks like that : http://cleverinkdev.co.uk/stereo/#gkBottom2

With #gkBottom2 in the url - not very pretty...

Is there a way around it?

Thanks

This is a one page template's way. If You check the demo and click "blog - article" (or any other item under blog) - You can create entire site structure.
There is no way to alternate anchor looking, as You would need to rebuild not only our template bu also some of Joomla methods to generate stuff. If You are so much seo concerned, then selecting standard (not one page) template will suit You better.

But can't you rename it:
#gkHeader to #Whatwedo

????
