Edit Text on Frontpage

I do not understand where to edit the text on this single page template. For example, where can I edit the contact address? I dont see where in the modules section to change #gkbottom1-3

I thought the goal of CMS was to make changing content easier? I am having trouble finding where to change all of the modules text.

To change address and other details in contact please edit plugin "System - GK Contact". This plugin uses
{GKCONTACT} shortcode to output contact details and it is being used in following module.

Module Name: Contact __Get in touch with us__
Module Type: Custom Html Module.
Module Position : Bottom 1

Where do I find the plugin to make changes to short code text? I am not trying to change any function of the template, just change text throughout to our company.
