New Button on the menu

Hello. First, I am grateful for the support here, really great!

How do I get it out that I replace the LOGIN button with another button on the topmenu?

This new button will then continue to an another link.

I have the same problem
I want use the style of the login button y the login position, but it must link to anoter site, it is possible?
