Tag Cloud Position

Hi, I would like to change the position of the tag cloud and make two tag cloud which will not have same tags, have the second tag in a diffrent location (As shown in the attachment).

Hi, why don't use "Sidebar" and "top1" module position. It will be easier than adding a new module positions. Hmm ?
