How to add new font in template font setting?

I want to use Microsoft JhengHei, but I don't know how to add new font in template font setting(not use google font, it doesn't support Chinese font yet).
Could you help me?

If I want to the font type 'Microsoft JhengHei' be the default font. how could I do?

It must be assigned for all HTML tags, like <body>, <h1>.... <h5>, <p>, <span> etc..
so remove default font settings from template.
