Hello!
Is there a way to enter text (caption) below each image of "What we do" section" ?

I can see there is text (tooltip) when I mouse over the images. But can I make this text appear as caption?

With a little bit of php/html/css knowledge yes, but it would require some core module code modification.
Sadly this customisation is beyond our technical support.
