Responsive Menu Won't work...

The reason we purchased a membership is because of the mobile responsive designs. We're using the Creativity template, but the menu that appears on the mobile layout is terribly inconsistent. Sometimes it will open and sometimes it won't. I haven't done anything to change it and it just doesn't make sense to me why it's not working. And if we're frustrated trying to use it, I know it's going to be a problem for our site visitors. I'm using an android Galaxy S4 and it does it in various browsers, the default android browser, chrome, firefox. I then tried it on our VP's iPhone 5 and it acts up the same. Finally, I know it's not us because when I go to the Gavick.com site and view the Creativity demo, it acts the same way. The strange thing is on your gavick.com, the main site (not the Creativity template), the mobile menu works awesome on all our devices! Every time. Is it possible to use that for our creativity template? Can anyone help? I appreciate any help you can give.

First of all, thanks for the bug report.
Providing information about browser and mobile models is very helpful.
I will test those bugs on my own and also submit issue to our dev team to check whats wrong.

Also please provide at least few words about how the menu behaves when it don't work - button doesn't react or maybe menu doesn't show at all?

With Firefox for Android, the menu will show up randomly. When it doesn't, it doesn't. Meaning it's just not there. With Chrome for Android, it will appear the first time a the home page is displayed. Once you scroll down and back up, both the logo and menu are gone. But the odd thing is I figured out if you tap your finger where the menu should be, the menu will still display. So it's not there, but it is at some level cause the menu still pops up when I tap my finger about where it should be. With the Android default browser it doesn't display at all, ever. With the iPhone browser I don't recall, and the person who has an iPhone is out of the office the next couple weeks. But it was acting up on theirs too. It shouldn't be too hard to duplicate if you have anyone around with and Android phone. Simply go to http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/creativity/ I have to assume if it does it to me, it will do it to others. At least I hope. Otherwise I'm just crazy.

On iOS 7.4 I can't replicate the problem, but it doesn't meant its not there.

P.S. I thought it might also be worth noting that he does not have the latest iOS since he had problems with it and battery life. Not sure which version it was, but it's definitely not 7.x Thanks!

Problem reported, will be checked as soon as any of our developers will find a moment.

We have tested the template on various devices and it works ok. Please provide info about:
1. Responsive settings (template settings, RWD parameter)
2. What tablet/mobile/desktop widths are set in template settings.

Also please check if same problem also happens on our demo server.
