Images of "What we do" thumbnails (GK News Pro) not saving!

When I create a K2 and add an image to it and hit save, I get a blank screen.
The K2 article get's saved, but not the image. So the thumbnail doesn't appear on the front page.

The weird thing is, the only image that get's saved, is the demo placeholder.

I made sure that the images i want to upload are the right format (.jpg) and the right size (<200kb).

This is just unexplainable to me! Can somehelp or have the same problem?

Tried that, still blank screen... . Now it shows the Message:
Error: Local file doesn't exist!

But it does exist and it's on the server, since i chose it from the button "Browse Server..."

Sorry, but it looks to be related directly with K2 component, so I will not be able to help, but please check if a path to /tmp directory is set propperly. If GD Library is installed on Your server and updated and also if You have sufficient amount of space on the server. Please also check permissions on folder /media/k2 and /tmp in some cases changing them to 757 may help, but I would not recommend this.
