I would like to have active search tool in menu bar. I'm looking for something like this:
yootheme.com/demo/joomla/glass (top right side)

Can somebody recommend me a way to have similar Search tool for Creativity template? Some extension or modification of existing one.

yes on JED you should find few modules with Ajax search feature (for example RokAjaxSearch).
