Hi

I'm using the Creativity Template with Joomla 3.1 and having some problems with the contact form.
See the Frontend: http://as-one.ch or also http://as-one.ch/creativedesign/index.p ... kt-subpage

PHP: 5.4
Mysql Database
Template was installed manually (not with Quickstart)

When I'm trying to send an E-mail with the contact form, it leads to an Error 404 page.

What I tried:
I read all posts concerning this problem and didn't find a solution.
I tried to deinstall and then reinstall the plg_contact, but there was no success.
I followed your instructions step by step concerning the right installation of the plugin.
Recaptcha is installed properly but now disabled in the plugin. An activation of recaptcha is not successfull neither.
I tried every setting possibility in Joomla backend configuration -> server -> mailing with no success

Maybe it's a "one-click" problem and I don't see it?

A little help would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

Hi, thanks for your quick reply!
That's a very good input. Although I don't really know if I'm using https. If so, this would not be on purpose. Can I set this up in Joomla Backend or could you give me an advice where to change that?

thank you!

Try me.

Always provide us with access details to the backend (via PM). We need it to debug problems only.

PM:
1) Link to this post
2) Login/password
3) URL of your page where you have this plugin installed

Hi Pawel F

Well, my fault, I thought so :-)
I meanwhile found the problem, your input "https" helped me a lot.
In the file plg_gkcontact.php there where some "https", I just changed it to "http" and the form worked.

Thanks for your help!

I was going to write to you - that you should check it out. Because I have tested it on my server.
