Logo Customization

I have been building up on the Creativity Template and wanted to ask how I can add a specific customization to the logo. I have managed to change the font-family and color but what I needed to do what make the first letter a different color from the rest of the name. This is what identifies the company. Please let me know how I can do this.

I have attached what it looks like now and what it needs to look like.

It would be easier if You create image with logo and use it instead.

I had done this previously but the graphic doesn't come out as clear as when it is a font. Is there simple way to do this with a css code?

If it is not as clear - perhaps it is because image is resized (downscaled)? Would need to see it on live site to be 100% sure.
