Using Joomla 3.1. and the quickstart install

The News Show Pro GK5 module doesn't contain the Joomla additional options that I need in order to set the correct image thumbnail. I need to be able to set the article image as thumbnail instead of the first image of the article showing as thumbnail. K2 additional options are there, but not Joomla.

Any help on this?
