Changes on Intro page (home page)

Hi,
I love creativity template a lot, and I'm developing a site with this wonderful template,
but I need to change the home page (Intro),
because I would like to see the menu as soon as the site loads without having to scroll down,
as in the attached image

(is the page that we have after scrolling twice)

Is it possible to do that and if so... how ?
