Latest version Joomla

I updated joomla to the latest version and the layout menu was gone.
Solutions?

Please update template as well or if You've done some modifications to it, change the following line from /admin/scripts/js file:

var type = items[i].split('=')[0].test(/^\d+$/) ? 'ItemID' : 'Option';

into:

var type = !isNaN(items[i].split('=')[0]) ? 'ItemID' : 'Option';
