mobile menu showing, but not linking

Hi,

When the following site is viewed in mobile responsive - the menu shows... but none of the links work.

I believe that the following is the cause... but I need to know where to find the code for this amongst the template files...

There's a typo in its code:

<select id="mobileMenu" on-change="...

Correct me if I'm wrong - on-change is a wrong name for an attribute, it should be onChange. If so... where do I find this in the files?
