Captcha is not aligned right on the contact page

Hi,

Since last have my new Madonna.nl site running http://www.madonna.nl with this wonderful theme (hope you guys like it).

Little problem on contactpage: http://www.madonna.nl/fanclub/contact

The contactperson (contactpersoon) is me. I have selected my name in de backend.. But it shows here "Tagged under".

I want my name there... is that possible?
