You would need to edit: /templates/gk_rockwall/css/override.css and add at its end:

#gkSearch .mod-search-searchword {margin-top:27px;}
#gkTopMenu {margin-top: 42px;}


and increase both values with same amount to move them down the way you want it.
Remember to enable "CSS override" in template settings - advanced section.
