Hi,

I seem to be having an issue with the main body on the homepage, which just doesn't want to accept the NSP when placed within it, and instead it floats the contents to the left, pushing the inset right beside the sidebar.

This is all standard default install using Joomla then template, then K2. One NSP works fine, the second is nothing short of a headache. I originally replicated the main body NSP from the default demo, though it still pushes the entire main body left.

You can see from the below, the left is actually the main body, the middle is set to inset and the right is a custom HTML. When you remove the main body NSP, the inset and sidebar modules sit correct.

And when using the demo settings for image only, same thing...

The main body is pushing left... WHY?

I'm not sure if I understand - do you want to achieve the following layout:

inset - mainbody - sidebar

?

If yes - please try to set the inset position to left in the template settings under the layout tab.
