Can't identify browser - iOS ipad

hi

i installed the Rockwall Quickstart 3.x; no additional modules, plug-ins or components loaded.

it works well except on iOS devices. The site gives an error: Can't identify browser as a warning message in the template.

any idea on how to fix this?

Found a fix... this seems to be a Joomla 3.x bug; here is the fix:
