I want to have a YouTube video playing in the background on the homepage of my site (www.madonnfanclub.nl).
I found a module called JF Slideshow (http://www.joomfreak.com/).

Have enabled it on www.madonnafanclub.nl.
As you can see the black menu at the top is expanded, too big.
When you scroll down all the way you see the video is working.
Also have to delete the background color I think.

The main problem is the menu...

Can you help? :)
Kind regards, GertJan

Hi

Wow. You always got the best ideas :) Send me an access to joomla panel. I can see this extension is changing html of the template a lot, so need to disable it first to see which changes were made before extension is published.

Thanks for the commment! Yeah I saw that on another site and it was so cool.
And as Madonna is the Queen of Pop with incredible video's I thought this would be so nice to have on our homepage.

I will send the data to you by e-mail.

Kind regards!

P.S. Love the Rockwall template! Still trying it out on http://www.madonnafanclub.nl which is a test environment where I am setting up everything for the Joomla 3.5 release
The normal site - ofcourse also with a Gavick template! - is on http://www.madonna.nl.

Hi!

Yeah almost there!
As you can see here http://www.madonnafanclub.nl/
The video is at the right place :)

But the "site" content start below the video (you know where the logo is,starts).
That has to be at the normal place just under the menu place so the homepage is content is shown ON the video.
I do think I have to delete the background color so you can see the video then?

Also assigned the video background module to this page http://www.madonnafanclub.nl/template/a ... le-article.
Same thing happens :)

I know the module thing/video background tool is not from you guys... but thank you so much for looking into it... If you can't find I am happy to start looking on the site of the module makers...
But I will never leave you for templates :) :) :) Yours are the best and most easily to adjust!

Hi

Sorry I do not understand. I think it's like that on purpose. You open site, see the video, than You can slide down to see it. I think its a feature of this extension. I think it has to be like that.
