I know that there is no template settings from the administrator to disable the different layouts fro mobile & tablet devices depending their screen resolution.

I know that there are settings in the css regarding when these layouts are called depending on the resolution.

BUT

As the site is live, I really do not want to do anything on my own with trial and error (as my knowledge of css is rather moderate)

So, how do you suggest to disable the tablet & mobile views (the responsive layouts?)
