Edit logged-in user menu Pop-up

I want to edit the pop-up menu that appears for logged in registered users in the frontpage that shows:

  • Your Profile
  • Edit Profile
  • Create Article
  • Submit a Web Link

I want to remove the last two options and change the language.

Which php file do I have to edit?

No php editing needed - just edit user menu in menu editor as You would edit any other menu (like main memu).
