Blocks in the wrong place

In the bottom1 position (home menu) i have 4 block if i see it in firefox everything looks fine but wehn i go to chrome or safari the blocks go wrong.

I have checked your site under Chrome, Firefox and Safari (Mac) and it looks ok. Also source code looks correct.
Could You specify Chrome browser version and OS?
