How To Reduce Table Width?

Hello,

I installed Rock Wall. It appears the table width defaults to 100%. Is there a way to override this so it only defaults to the width of the content inside?

Also, I find that visually there's too little space between the Read More link on the blog layout and the next article -- like there should be a few millimetres more. Is there a way to increase it?

and Firebug to check in which place you should add or reduce few pixels.
