Error 500 Messages

I am building out our site at http://punchtvnetwork.com and when you click on the " sign up " button I get the following error messages and the same thing happens when I go to the contacts menu. I have deleted the links and recreated them and I get the same response:

I have spoken to my server provider they are saying that it is not our server. Can you please help me with this issue.

Can you please create a new menu item to user login page and post the link in here so we can compare the urls.

Currently you have following urls which are not working which means they are not correct.

/index.php/joomla-pages-ii/user-login


This could happen if you have cached content which is not cleared, using SEF component and did not clear your urls so it is still using old urls.
