If I would like to update from the Boutique to Rockwell template, which of the following should I download ?And how to install? Will it affect my previous articles pages and data? Thanks in advance!

Hi,
You have to download and install "gk_rockwall_J!25.zip" (!) this is new template, so this is not a update. Update means change old version this same template to new version, but you will install a new one
After installing, set Rockwell as a default template, and then check all module positions.
Remember that appearance of modules like Image Show , News Show Pro depends of its settings.
So I suggest to install on sub domain(!) or on localhost gk_rockwall_quickstart_J!25.zip - to see how we made it etc.
