Updating theme

It's been a long time since I updated my main Storebox theme (using 1.3.2), and now many things aren't working. I'm worried about updating and think it would be a good idea to create a child theme first, but I don't know how. Can you help? Is it safe to upload the entire newest version of the theme?

Hi,
1) first always make a backup
2) then here : https://www.gavick.com/updates?task=group&id=4 - check which files has been updated
3) you can make a update even manually, just by replacing "old" files with "new" ones by FTP tool.
If you made a customizations in any of them, just do not touch them.
Whole process should take you less than 5 minutes.

If you didn't make any changes in theme core files, yes you can also reinstall theme. But do not forget about (1)

Since there have been many updates since 1.3.2, is there someplace I can get a list of what all the changes have been in each update?
