Hello,

After I reset my site, my homepage widgets have all disappeared, except for the GK Products Gallery on the Header Widget Area.

The following are set up and not showing up on the homepage (I even deleted them and then re-set-them-up):

Header Bottom - GK Products Gallery
Mainbody - GK News Blocks
Mainbody Bottom - GK News Gallery

The sidebar is working on the other pages.

Also the footer is not showing up, but it showed up again when I deleted the above 3 widgets.

I have a user created for you for wordpress...

Please help!
Thank you,
Sarah

I have deleted and reinstalled Storebox from my downloads section (should be the latest version, I think), but I am still having the issue.

You can see when you inspect element on the page that the widgets are there, but it is just blank. See attached screenshot

Please help...

Thank you,

This is what my WooCommerce Status says:

Theme Name: StoreBox
Theme Version: 1.3.2 (based on GavernWP 1.9.2)
Author URL: http://gavick.com

Is this the latest version?

I deleted all the widgets except the Header GK Image Show and the footer reappeared. I then added a text widget to the widget areas that have not been working and the text widget works. Apparently it is just the GK widgets that won't show up.

When I inspect element I see that the widget is in the code, showing up as
Code: Select all
<div id="widget_gk_product_gallery-3" class="box widget_gk_product_gallery"></div>

with nothing between the divs even though I have it all set up on the widget area.

Please help! My client's site has been down for days due to this issue...

Hi,

We are experiencing the more or less the same issue on our site -- did you manage to get this resolved from your side?

Kind regards

It was the settings on my server that were not set properly. I configured them with this article and it worked!
