Issue with Top Widgets II

Having an issue with the Top Widgets II module on the widgets pages. I have 4 "call to action" text boxes that line up side by sider in columns perfectly on an expanded page. However, if i resize that page smaller the boxes now line up 2 by 2. 2 boxes on top and 2 on the bottom. When i first did this they lined up perfect 2x2 but now the second row of boxes is not lining up right. The last box in the 2nd row now carriage returns to the next row creating a 3rd row so that now the boxes show up as 2 on the first row, 1 on the second row and 1 on the third row. Can anyone recommend a fix?/

it clears each odd block from Top II widget position.
