Problem with header logo showing in IE (Internet Explorer)

I am having a problem with my websites header logo showing up in internet explorer. All other browsers it seems to be fine but in internet explorer it is not showing up properly I have attached a pic of the IE and Firefox difference. Thanks.

What version of IE is problematic?

And I am having a problem with IE 7 and 8 not showing the top logo

IE7 and IE8 are browsers that are not supported even by Microsoft. Most of techniques used for creating todays websites requires compatibility with xhtml and css2, not to mention html5 and css3.
So whatever You do, there might be small problems with those old browsers.
