Contact Page Subject Drop Down Menu Needed

Hi, Need to edit the contact page and add a subject field with a drop down menu where I can specify subjects when an email is sent. I also need to place a map on top and and address text box next to it.

How do I do this? Is that a standard form widget that you are using? Where is it located? Where can I edit the contact page directly? Thanks.

Ok. I found the Contact Page Form Template but don't know how to edit the code to include a subject drop down menu. Can anyone here post the code I need to insert?? Thanks

Ok, I installed Contact Form 7 plugin to override your contact form. Let's see how that works.
