I am having a problem installing the StoreBox Quick setup installation on my hosting company. Here is what I have tried:

I have tried installing WP script through hosting service and then manually FTP adding the quick start theme to the theme directory in the installation and I get a error message saying that the stylesheet can't be found for it.

I have tried deleting the entire Wordpress install script from my hosting company and then uploading the zip file to the cpanel and unpacking it there. No luck accessing the install files to manually install Wordpress with the quick start you have provided.

What am I doing wrong? Please help I am at my whits end...

***I also have a SSL certificate installed on this website (http://www.gourmetgrassfed.com)

Filename: gk_storebox_quickstart_WP_3.5.zip

You need to extract this file and upload its contents to public_html folder which can be accessed from your website link.

How you transfer the files?

1. You can use Cpanel File Manager and copy the zip file and extract it in public_html folder.
2. Or you can extract the file in your computer and upload its content to public_html folder by using a ftp client.

Let me know if you need further help.

If I have a current website hosted under my public_html section of my hosting company will this interfere with it? I am designing the new site to replace the old one but until it is all up and running I don't want it to interfere with my clients current website as well as his e-commerce site. Thanks for the help.

Then you need to upload to a subfolder and install it in a seperate database then it will not effect it.

http://www.mydomainname.com/mynewstore/

public_html/mynewstore/

I have 2 domain www.gourmetgrassfedmeat.com (where the current old site is hosted) and www.gourmetgrassfed.com (where the new site will be once it is all done) both are on the same hosting account do I just need to create a subdomain and then remove the gourmetgrassfedmeat.com url once I am done? Also there is an SSL certificate on the gourmetgrassfed.com that I have purchased for e-commerce purposes dont know if this is going to interfere with the process. Is this something you could login and take a look at? I am having a terrible time trying to get this installed. I have always just installed wordpress and then installed the theme and worked from there I haven't done it where you provided the package script so I am a little confused. Thanks in advance!

www.gourmetgrassfed.com

There is nothing installed in above domain so I am assuming this is the new domain to host the new design. So you can install it there without effecting old domain. Once this new design is up and running then you can put a redirect to your old domain which will transfer all visitors to new domain.

If you know how to use Teamviewer ( google teamviewer ) then I can install it from your computer while you see it so next time you can do it on your own.

Send me teamviewer id and password to my email normanuk[at]live.co.uk or via a private message in this forum.

Please make sure to download the quickstart package and have your database details ready.
