I can't download gk_storebox_rest_files.zip

I tried to download gk_storebox_rest_files.zip but it brings me back to "Join us Now." I already paid €99. Why can't I download it?

Please try to log in in another browser. Everything should work ok. I have checked both WP, J3.0 and J2.5 files and they are ok.

I've tried to use Chrome, Firefox and Safari, Unfortunately, they brought me back to "Join us Now".
