Is there a way to have highlighter display images from articles with text?

No, the highlighter display only text content, but maybe look at NSP module for showing images with text.

Can you be more specific with NSP module? I am using TWN2 j1.7 template. I really need highlighter do display small(16px x 11px) images with the article.

Any other solution or help would be appreciate it.
