Remove effect on the header

Good morning, I would like to remove or dismunir the effect of blurring the images in the header, I have to use a logo image and this effect is not visible. As I can remove this effect ?.

Please do not modify template.css. During template update this fill will be overwritten and You will lose this modification. It's better to just add this code to override.css
