problem with installation template

Good evening.
I have a problem with the installation of Storebox quickstar in my system Joomla 3.4.8.
I would installate this tamplate quickstart:
• gk_theme_quickstart.zip – a zipped copy (backup) of a demo site.
It contains all the core CMS files (updated to the latest stable version), the chosen theme, any components, modules/ widgets and plugins, and also the sql dump content included to set-up the theme to look exactly as it does on the demo showcase.
The Quickstart installation gives you the strong base from which to start adding your own content or customization.
With this package you can avoid configuring everything from scratch and start with a fully-featured website in just 15 minutes. Install the Quickstart when you want to check how everything works and what settings we’ve used.

the system doesn't give any error, but don't complete the installation.
can you help me please?
