sidebar menu dropping down in categories

I have installed J3 with VM3 and storebox, but I face an issue..
At the following link you can see that the sidebar content appears at the bottom!!

Can you please tell me what is wrong?

Firstly I had the issue in category view,I replaced the default.php I found on a post here and the problem was fixed but this problem appeared.

I have the same problem on http://nieuw.de-voerboer.nl/. I don't want to install the whole template again, because I already made changes. Does anyone know why this is happening?
