Install problems for Quickstart Store box template for Jooml

Hello,

I have purchased and downloaded Storebox template for Joomla 3.x yesterday. Today when I was trying to install the template, I realized that it contains Joomla 3.x files also along with the storebox template files.

Please note that I had installed Joomla3.x earlier itself. I followed the steps given below.

1. Logged in to the control panel of hosting server.
2. uploaded the quickstart package for J3
3. unzipped the contents.
4. Typed the quickstart folder URL in the browser and followed the steps.(assuming I will have one more instance of Joomla along with quickstart).
5. But I encountered database connectivity error, and could not cross the database step.

Is the error due to the existing joomla database? Should I uninstall joomla and re-try the install again?

Can someone help please?

I removed joomla and did a fresh quickstart installation with storebox and joomla package.

But on viewing my website, I see the following error on the home page -

I figured out the problem.

While installing the package I had selected English(US) as the language, but the package seemed to have English(UK). I reinstalled the quickstart package with language as English (UK) and it worked. Website is showing up as the demo site.

I'm glad you could figure it out by yourself.
If another language is needed, you can install it in last step (where you remove installation folder) or even later via VM configuration panel in administrator.
