I have got 1146 Error after installing the template. I have 'solved' the issue once I have changed the language from English_GB to English_US though I am still getting error when I try to open 'Thumbnails NSP GK5' (News Show Pro GK5).

How can I solve this problem?

Have you checked this documentation:

Also please check if VM has correct languages selected (in VM configuration)
