Cart-Icon and more are not active

I just installed a template and already have problems.
When I click on cart-icon, it starts up, it lasts indefinitely. Sometimes it worked and sometimes did not.
Login works also with errors. Often I can not put a tick in "Remember Me". In the same window is often not active "register", that is, I can not click on it. I miss the button "Login with Facebook" (see the picture)
In menu I can - not always choose the section Shop. Mouse over this word is not active.
