Just discovered this on an offline test site. As soon as you switch of the print button the text becomes different. Once you scroll over it, it will look like a hyperlink with rollover effect, but the link doesn't lead nowhere... Can't provide a link, but should be hard to replicate. IF needed I can put a testsite online. The problem doesn't bother me right now, because I just enabled the print button.

Hi

Looks like a validation error: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http% ... ne&group=0

A missing </a> tag somewhere. I've checked the code and print is on, so if You have not made any changes to php files I suspect problem is in content. Please check all modules with custom html and see if this tag is not missing there.

Ok, here it is:
http://gavick.west-point.nl/index.php/template/articles/single-article

Just made some changes to the article options (print, icons off, etc). Not sure why this is happening and it doesn't bother me right now, but I am pretty sure other people will have this.

Hi

Is this ratting thing comming from plugin ? I cannot find it in our demo: http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/storebo ... le-article and I've checked the code and everything looks to be ok with print lines. Would be great if You can provide me an ftp access so I can investigate it.

If you supply me the form so I can put in the credentials I will be glad to supply them. I have to mention that there is no rush since it doesn't bother me personally cause I know how to counter this. Still it is true that this is the quickstart with no plugings or extensions added.

Hi

I haven't got an ftp to the site so I could not check the problem, but it's clearly a validation issue. Did You made any changes to the code of article layout ?

Matbe try just hide the print link with css:

Code: Select all
.itemPrintEmail { display: none; }
