reCaptcha is blank in K2 comments form

my reCaptcha is blank in K2 comments form.

the global and user setting are both setted. and the remind / reset password are both fine.

Did you specified proper reCAPTCHA keys under the K2 settings? It seems that the reCAPTCHA code doesn't run.
