Hi,
on most cases you have to use floating module,
in this case we use special code only for basket, this is not a regular module position.
I suggest to check those solutions (from JoomlaExtenstionDirectory):
1) HD-Floaty -- floating position
2) BuaXua Floating
3) Floating modules
or similar.
