Every time I am trying to install it says:
Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file
I am trying installing first: com_virtuemart.2.0.26a.zip
How do you install it.

Hi.
unfortunately - VM right now cannot be installated on Joomla 3.2. VirtueMart 2 is not yet compatible with Joomla 3. It will be compatible in plenty of time before the next long term supported version of Joomla, which will be 3.5.

You have to use K2Store or different solution
