Lock on some modules

Hi,
I have just installed the theme with the quickstart zip, some modules are locked by another user and I can't access.
I have already done a global check (System->global check) but the module isn't unlocked.

What can I do?

HI, You have to be login as Super Admin.
In the Module Manager, select all locked modules and click at Check-in button, this should fix the issue.
