Hi to all, I'm sorry but I'm very basic Joomla user and I didn't understand how to install the template looking like the demo (not like in the attached image).

I installed correctly the quickstart folder but I don't understand if I need to install the "rest files" folder too.
I suppose yes but I cannot do it cause if I try to install it from the extention manager inside joomla it gaves me Gateway error.

I suppose that I must to upload the rest files folder by ftp but which directory?

After that will the template works like the demo?

Thank you so much.

quickstart packages works as complete joomla installation, so after downloading it from our sever, You need to unzip the file and place all of the content on your web server. Then from link to your domain (or subfolder where You have puted all the files) You need to install joomla and everything should look exactly as on our demo site.

But this is standard joomla installation with template installed to it.
Quickstart requires different installation that I described above (quickstart is not a template - its whole joomla installation, with all files, data in database etc).

Yesterday before to upload the quickstart folder I had already installed the basic joomla 3.x.
I thought that uploading the quickstart folder as you described I overwirte the previous files.
Infact when I did so the button for delete the install folder appears again.
Is not so?

Do you suggest to me to delete all the files and repeat the operation?

Yes, delete all files, upload quickinstall files and go through installation process from the beginning.

Hi I solved simply turning off "Search Engine Friendly URLs" on the main joomla settings.

Now I have one more problem.
I would like to apply the "SHOP & TRENDS" article look to all the article findable from the main menu but I can't work it out.

After the customization of the "SHOP & TRENDS" articles I cannot find them around joomla but only trough the front end.

Why they're not indicized as kind of articles for to link that kind to all the article included in my main menu?
