Hello - I am using Store box on Joomla 3.1.1 and in looking at the home page in a Notebook, I get a white bar across the slideshow. See screen shot

I have disabled all modules except for the home page slides and still it appears.
The URL is: http://www.bridgetownartisans.com/draft2013

Nice template.....
Thanks

Hi,
please try add to override.css
Code: Select all
#gkContent.gkContentNoSidebar {
    display: none;
}

and remember to enable override.css option in template settings.

I added the css to the override file but when I go to choose that option in the template manager, the tabs are now missing from that template i.e. Options, Menu Assignment. Have you seen this before.

I have turned off most site modules. Can this have a bearing?

I had to go into PHPmyADMIN to turn on template override because my template Options tab has disappeared. The template option did not work on the notebook, using Chrome. Still a white bar

I suppose I still have 2 issues here - neither garnering a solution I see.

1. The white bar remains on a small screen like a notebook, on any browser. Screen shot in original message.
2. My Options tab has disappeared for the Storebox template within Template manager.All other templates are fine. They are important tabs

Thank you in advance for your help.

By lower screen resolutions you mean ? It is no problem to change browser window size, but even when I do this I still see your site correctly.

The screenshot I provided originally is from Chrome browser on a NOTEBOOK computer with its default resolution 1024 x 600. This issue continues.

Plus my other point of your tabs disappearing with the template manager for your manager still remains unanswered. This is a paid membership club isn't it?

I want to check your site but now it is not working. Probably the magic quotes on your server configuration are enabled and that's why you have problem with template configuration. Please let me know when you have some site to test it.

Don't forget there are 2 equally important issues.

My original screenshot is from a NOTEBOOK computer and it still appears.

And Magic Quotes have been disabled from the start.

Here is what is the case in Template Manager http://d.pr/i/hg0l

And there are no Tab modules published

Probably you need to reinstall template. Please use latest version from gavick.com download area. I have no idea how could be the difference between browser with 1024 x 600 size on 1024 x 600 screen and browser with 1024 x 600 size on 1440x900 screen. I've tested your site on browserstack with all possible screen resolution - all is fine.
