Problems with Internet Explorer

Hello,

My site is running for a couple of months now and i've had multiple complaints about my website regarding registration and payment from customers. Off course a bad sign. Next to this i also have 2 other problems. All the visitors of the site were using Internet explorer. I have the following problems:

1. when someone wants to register they get an error about the password but every step had been followed as it's supposed to. After 3-4 times with the same registration data (same passwords) it's okay and the registration is succesfull. But i can't figure out what the problem might be.
2. When people want to pay they don't see the shipping method that has been configured, but thet are told to select a shipping method but there aren't any to select. and sometimes they get the message: Please select a Shipping Method. We are sorry, no shipment method matches the characteristics of your order. But when i try it i don't have a problem with it?
3. The favicon is the standard joomla favicon and not the one i've uploaded in filezilla.
4. Social GK5 Likebox isn't visable in IE.

From your description I guess some of the issues are not IE related but Joomla / VM itself.
Could you please post an url to your site?

Lets start with easy things to fix...
To change the favicon you need to replace file:
templates/gk_storebox/images/favicon.ico
with your own favicon.

Now with other stuff.
Registration - it looks like a bug in VM itself. Please try to update VM to the latest (2.x) version, it might help. Only thing we do with VM is to add some styling. Logic and behave is pure VM.

Shipping method - if you can't reproduce the problem either can I. Please ask those who submit you the error report to describe exactly what they did to produse such behave.

IE - what version of IE exactly?
