missing store name on confirm registration mail

Hi there,

The storename is missing in 'confirm registration email' (see image)
In storeadmin it is showing?
Not sure if it's joomla or vm

Any suggestions...

Using Joomla! 2.5.28, VirtueMart 2.6.12.2, storebox Version: 3.15

Please make a test and rename /html/com_virtuemart/ to /html/_com_virtuemart/ . Let me know if this made a difference.

Hi,

It makes a difference but not for the missing storename in the registration mail.
I see it changes the store template, +- next to product amount and the registration is using a different layout.
Any other suggestion....

Hi

If it's not showing even if our template's override is disabled than I think it is not implemented to show at all. You need to contact VM developers to learn what to do in this case.
