Updates Template

Hi,

When I check the update panel of the template i can see various available updates (see screenshot).

but When i click on one of them it just directs me to the template download page. So i dont understand how i should update these extensions / modules.

Please download package and use Joomla extension manager to update one.
The only thing to have in mind is to do a backup before updating.

do i have to download and install each one separately?

I cant find these packages on the download page.

If i click on download it shows me the template download, not the elements that need to be updated.

I don't quite understand what is your problem.
If you want to update the template - you download the template and update it, if any other plugin/component - then update one you need.
